leak test your car. Show logs of your N75 DC. You could have a bad N75. I think you are getting worked up over nothing. Troubleshoot and fix the boost deviation issue, then worry about your turbo noise if it still loud to you. A bad turbo noise sounds like a siren. I bet your turbo is overspinning for one reason or another. Both turbos will not always sound exactly the same, which is why one is louder than the other. Mine are loud if they overspin, and one is worse than the other.

what psi are pressure testing at?
Looks like to me the noise only happens at high psi and high rpm.
Sometimes you can have boost leaks that won't show till very high rpms.

Also you need to find a log from when you car was runnning good, that contains at least
1-rpm
2-time stamps
3-request boost
4-actual boost
5-n75 duty
6-IAT


and compare to a log taken now with the same parameters.
I know you going to be mad but... its a boost leak.
