Radio Head units now in for channel hopping issues...
Audi has apparently got its head around the dreaed "phase" shifts that sometimes occur with stations, and controls on some radios.
They did have a one year wait, but they now are stocked up. New unit went in today. Indications are it is a software issue, though I think it also would have to be hardware related as they would just VAG the unit with a new code.
Also, they found a broken caliper pin (bolt) which was causing my brakes to squeal. Have not heard of this one, but I'm trying to determine exactly where this was located, and weather it was heat related, or just a bad part. Strange.
I'm not going to miss the Cavalier loaner car!
