Default radio removal help!

I bought 4 radio removal tools and inserted one in each of the slots enough so that i hear and feel a click. However, the radio won't come out! I pulled with all of my might but it doesnt want to come out. Any suggestions? i can't seem to pull any of the tools out of the slots either.

Casette player? That opening has a function? I think you meant to say "the handle"

Default do NOT wait for the click - push them in until you feel resistance, but before they click in - then

pull using the tape slot. should slide right out.

Jiggle the tools around. Either they or the radio itself will come out.

Default it was the top right tool that wasnt in properly.

i got it out now. My fingers wouldnt fit inside the cassette player

Now, who do i call with my serial # and VIN to get my radio code. I tried a couple dealers and none wanted to give me the time of day.
