I got My S4 chipped there, they sold me a bad chip almost frying my ecu. Has anyone ever had to push their S4 2 miles? Not a pretty site. My friend also got his TT chipped thier any the same thing happened. If anyone has gotten a chip from Rapid within the last 2 months I would concider calling them back because they recieved a bad shipment of chips. Customer service also sucks

Was it the chip or was it the installation of the chip? Don't knock the chip itself.

I don't know how they even stay in business. they never carry anything I want.

Back in my VW days, I always used them - they were fine then. I guess Audi isn't their cup'o'tea.

so far I have not find one thing that they carry for Audi market, even the oil, I was looking for 5w-30 Redline and they say they do not carry it ,,,,only POS place that don't carry 5w-30

Yea - that's IS pretty lame. :-/ At least they gave us Waterfest. We have to thank 'em for that.

When I had my A2 Jetta back when, I used them often and they were always good.
