I have been experiencing bogging when the car is at full throtle. Was wondering if it could be the my GIAC ECU acting up? Also at times check engine light came on flashing. The car have been running ok till tonight. What could it be?

I just put my stock ECU back on and the car now seems to run ok again. Which goes to say it is the GIAC chip problem and not the car itself.

Default Not necessarily a chip problem. Chips produce more boost, and more boost can

uncover other problems. I had a bad plug that would misfire at anything over 1 bar boost. Easy to blame the chip, when the stock ECU produces less than 1 bar. What are the DTC's?

PaJohn is right. I had identical problem with stock box vs chipped. It turned out to be a hose problem. Dealer pressure checked system and found 2 leakers. Replaced both and problem went away.
