Default rear rotor removal question - stuck bolt removal

I am working on replacing the rear rotors and pads. The pad change is no problem but the center or upper bolt for the caliper carrier is just not coming off.

The lower bolt was difficult but has a lot more room around.

Any tips for getting the upper carrier bolt to come lose?

What can I apply to the bolt to prevent this from happening again?

Thanks

Default I have the torch I am just a little concerned using it around the car.

Is PB blaster flammable? If I use the torch should I heat the bolt or the caliper carrier.

Yes I managed to strip the driver side upper bolt and I am debating on what to do next.

Default ive never started a fire yet and i use the combo often...

just spray it down real good and let it soak a good 15 minutes, take the torch and heat up area surrounding the carrier, not so much the bolt itself. That should do it...but once you take the heat off, move fast, the heat from the torch disipates rather quickly.

For the damaged one, try vice-griping it out, if not, get the bolt-out kit from sears.
