Default rear sway bar setting: i have nuespeed, been thinking about going form medium to hard setting.......
i have hed about people cracking some of the rear components, but i can't understand why there would be that setting if it breaks the rear componentry.
so who runs their sway on the hardest setting?
should i only do it for auto-x and then move it back?

It should be fine with the new support brackets.

how do i know i have those? i assume you are talking on the sway, not the car?

Yea, all the nuespeed bars come with support brackets to prevent the enevitable cracking.

Default he's talking about triangular brackets reinforcing the subframe
not two c-shaped thingies that go ober the bushings
