Rear Vibration Detected at Speed.... Help needed!
OK,, I have this loud "soft" vibration coming from the rear of the vehicle. It is very noticable and has started happening about a month ago, progressively getting worse (louder) It sounds like it could be under my rear seats somewhere. The noise increases in loudness as the car gains speed basically from 0. It is so loud at 65-67 mph that you can't hear the engine when it is under full throttle. The noise then decreases in loudness as the car hits 80 mph. Over road inclines and declines, the noise lightens up a little bit.
This noise is not acceleration related. It does not change when cornering. The rear seat feels like it is vibrating more than normal too. The noise (vibration) is now lengthening to the front of my car since I drove to Boston from NY this weekend. My Pirelli P-Zero Summer Tires (not the M+S) have about 10,000 miles on them but they are not down to the wear bar. The dealer said they replaced the CV joints last year. I also have replace both rear control arms less than 1 year ago. (Under warranty when I complained).
Has anybody had this happen to them before? My friend said it could just be my tires acting up since they are high performance and its nothing to worry about. I'd like a second opinion. Thanks!

I would think wheel bearing, BUT I had the same exact thing occur and it was in fact my tires(S03's)
needless to say those Bridgestones are now gone but there were nearing the end of thier lifespan. Drop me a line if you have any other questions.
