Received my CD changer from Shokan yesterday.
Bought some M5 bolts at Lowe's ten minutes before they closed last night (hee) and installed the changer in about half an hour. I chose not to remove the whole bracket, which means I only got two bolts in. It was late, and I'm off to the Quattro Challenge later today, so I declared victory for the time being. I'll get the other bolts in at a later point. However, even with just two in, the changer feels solidly mounted. A road test revealed no skips or rattles.
For $177 delivered, I'm quite satisfied for now.
I told myself that the S4 gets no mod-money this year (must. buy. house.) although this was cheap enough to rationalize, and is a nice addition to my almost 2 year-old car.

Shokan rocks! I put mine in 2 days ago... You can get one additional M5 in there
if you use the mechanics kind that has an allen-wrench. I don't think you will have any problems with only 2 though.

Same deal.
They only had M5x10mm. But I used some lockwashers, which helped shorten the overall length, so they seem to be okay.
If I had had more time to get this all installed, I probably would've ground mine down as well.
