Default Relation between ECU # (A, H or M) and build date?
Is there any relation between the two?

Whats the chronological order of ECU's?

Default A box is a 00' without the ESP....
H box is 01' and M box is 01.5'. Im not sure of the difference between the two.

Default How to find which one I have?
Any way to find out other than pulling out the ECU?
Perhaps using the VAG-VOM tool?

VAG or build date, and yes, pulling th eecu will do it, but unnecessary.

It's late now (12:30 am), and i'll check tomorrow.
Maybe i'll get the VAG out and hook it up.
