Default Replacing my control arms on this cold cold Turkey Day...

Question. When I get to the new arms on, what do I need to do before I tighten the bolts up at the rubber bushings? I heard that the car needs to be on the ground? Is this true? Thanks guys!

tighten them up till they are like hand tight.enoughh so the metal rings can still pivot. let the car down and then tighten them up all the way

Default the bushing will tear.. if you tighten it while lifted.. then when you lower it...

they will have a lot of stress on them
