Saw your earlier post. What do you think of the data in terms
of accuracy? Do you have another method of gathering data to compare it with ?
OT: I like the new autobahn logo in your sig!

From what I've seen, it is quite accurate.

I tested multiple runs on the same stretch of road with my Golf TDI. All runs were within 3 hp and 5 ft-lbs. The factory rating of the Golf is 105 hp and 184 ft-lbs. Using the G-tech numbers of 83 hp and 150 ft-lbs, that gives you a nice 20% loss on the hp and 19% loss on the torque. Given the number is WHP-aerodynamic and rolling drags, I would have to agree with them. I still wouldn't make any serious claims with it, but it works better than I thought.
My friend and I achieved similar results with his Peugeot as well.
The hardest part is getting the car weight correct and finding a flat stretch of road.

Yes. It retains the settings and calibrations for 4 vehicles. It's also self calibrating unlike
the old one so it doesn't need to be sitting perfectly level in the car. Just hook it up to the cigarette lighter, do a quick 60' calibration, and have at it.

Lots of first gen Gtech Pros on sale at Ebay. I bought a brand new on for $35...
It has everything you need for basic measurements. Looking forward to using it this week.
