Default What he said was:

the treads go PAST where they appear to end... meaning that you have MORE adjustment than you think you do.

Either way, adjustable control arms are NOT going to fix your problem. A shorter spring MIGHT. If you need to go more than an inch and a half lower, I'd call Stasis and get them to send you a pair of 8" springs to replace your rears.

Default Im running 700/800-what is normal spring size w/ Stasis?

Its sits at 26 1/4 Rear now, before the car has had a chance to settle. Basically allroad stance

Default at 700/800, should be 10" front and 8" rear, you need to thread the rears down a lot more...

...so back out the set screw, put both rear wheels up in the air.

Start threading the perch down. You'll be able to easily go 10 turns after you no longer see any threads below the perch.

The perch will physically stop turning on the last thread inside, so you can't turn it off the bottom of the shock, so nothing to worry about there.

With a normal B5 S4 Manual Sedan, you should get to about 25.35" with the perches all the way down on the rear.

The fronts are not a limiting factor, they can go lower then the rears.

Default zero finger gap is the begininng of gheto...

...the more you tuck, the higher your gheto fab rating goes.

Once you start tucking rim, you're the king...

Default i need to take a writing course to become more clear and cogent in my posts!! :(

pretend this is the rear spring perch . . .

| | <- inner threads stop here

---- <- threads don't stop at bottom of spring perch

or something like that. i know the bottom of the rear spring perch can go lower "past" the bottom of the threads on the shock body.

does that help?
