Default resetting service indicator??
i know there is an article in the archives but that dosent seem to work for a 2001. It may be in the manual but i do not have access to it.

Anybody know if there is a way to do it without a vag??

press the button on the left (on the instrument cluster) while turning the ingnition on.

left button didnt work, i ended up holding both buttons and there we go, worked
