Default Retrofit a Paddle Shifter wheel to an '01 Tip?

Has anyone fit the new S4 paddle shift wheel to their '00 or 01' tip? Are the paddle shift connectors the same as the button shifter's connectors?

ChuangS4 did it with an RS6 wheel. Not sure why he didn't use the B6 S4 wheel.

Default My TT DSG wheel is on the way from Germany at this very moment...

VR_Life has done it using an RS6 wheel, and I have driven the result. It takes a little getting used to, but it's not difficult to do, mechanically. You'll need a wheel, plus an MT6 Airbag.

Default Cause it's a little harder to find it....

Most of steering wheels with paddle shifter are from ebay.de.

I think "all" of the B6 S4s in Germany are 6-speed!

Default Please post once you receive

I would like to see pics of your wheel during install. Please post! If you don't mind me asking, what was the price of your parts?
