First of all. WHOLY SHEEEEET!!! Does your car pull!! Boy was I was planted in my seat. <g> Now I have to try race gas! You said Paterson and Ledgewood? Where in Paterson?

I was very surprised the boost was relatively low. I guess as you said in XR chip it's mostly timing. [NOT! I goofed on the conversion formula. Pics below are revised]

People please chime in and analyze. The car has ghl downpipes and exhaust

The first two look good to me. The last two are a little strange with actual boost jumping slightly above requested. I don't remember what gear those were in.

His BPVs are leaking, has no cats, & the chip timing is causing detonation. Just a wild guess.

How's about BPVs letting pressure out the wrong side at the wrong time.

Default Did you get detonation from misfire codes or boost curves?

I didn't have time to run any other blocks but he'll probably be back this week.

Looked at the meas. block reference

and was going to log 2 and 3
2 - RPM, Load, Mean injection time, Air mass and
3 - RPM, Air mass, Throttle valve angle (Potentiometer), Ignition angle (actual)

Anything else? 010 - 019? or 020-029?

Multiple misfires at high boost seemed obvious.

Default What units is the boost in? how did you convert? That doesn't seem right for any 1bar chip

if I assume it's measured in relative PSI. I can't say I've definately ever seen a GIAC XR boost graph before, but I have to assume it's higher than 12 PSI. What was the peak mbar reading that was actually recorded?
