Default RS4 clutch question?

I had a RS4 clutch installed this past summer and the engagement point is now very sensitive. I have to be VERY gentle with the left foot when taking off from a standstill. Is this common or is something out of adjustment? Anyone that gets in the car and tries to drive automatically kills it the first few attempts.
Thanks

Default Funny, I never had this problem with the RS4 clutch until I installed a kevlar disc.

I just assumed it was the grabby kevlar that was to blame (?)

Hmm. I have a vast kevlar with an RS4 PP, and the grab feels like stock.

I should have noted, my kevlar disc is NOT from Vast.

Default When i went from stock clutch to RS4, i could, and honestly still can

feel what your talking about
first 1/3 of the clutch doesnt do anything, it grips at the top
after about a week or so i was used to it.
