RS4 front spoiler for S4

Will an RS4 front spoiler fit 2001 S4? If it does, where can I get one? And if it doesn't, is there a front spoiler that looks just like an RS4 front spoiler and fits S4? And where can I get it? Thanks!

This is exactly what I am looking for...in black. Is this LLTek or Reiger or original RS4? Also it would be great to have a modified license plate indent to fit US license plates if that is available as an option. Unfortunately both front and rear are required in NYC. How much are they and where can I get one?
