rsx-s turbo stage 1 vs 2001 s4 w/apr
hi all. well..the race happened last night. my buddy in his b5 s4 w/apr, suspension, new rubber, and upgraded clutch/flywheel. i drive the rsx-s w/stage 1 turbo, es motor mounts, full exhaust w/no cat, everything else is stock (301 whp dynod at 9psi, i can boost up to 13 on stock internals but don't want to risk it).
From a stop thru 1st gear he had my by about a carlength, he instantly jumped while my stock rubber just sat there and spun. second gear came really fast and the car is still spinning (i need lsd and new rubber badly) and I see about another car length go by, we're going about 45 now..As soon as the traction came It was pretty much me walking him. By 85 I was about 3 cars ahead of him and I let off the gas there.
We did it again from a 30 and a 60 roll, there was no contest there. I beat him consistenly. He says it's upgraded turbo time for him...Needless to say, he'll kill me then. Time to bring out the old '69 stang..

no offense to anyone here, i loved that s4, but it was basically a very fast piece of ****. it had countless little problems that just got annoying after a while. I also needed a better car so i went with this:

Re: im suprised you dont think the e500 is a pos... my buddies was an electrical nightmare...
it's a 2005, i've never had problems w/any mercedes. you can't seriously be comparing the audi to a mercedes now can you??
