Are S4 Koni Sport Shocks basically the same as the ones that come with the full MTM suspension? more

Are S4 Koni Sport Shocks basically the same as the ones that come with the full MTM suspension? more
I purchased MTM springs seperately from the MTM Koni Shocks and got in on a group buy for the S4 Koni shocks. I know the Koni's are adjustable/valvable, but where would I adjust them when I get both the springs and shocks installed? Thanks for any help you can provide.
