dude...NSXs are fast(late model years are faster than earlier ones) and incredibly well balanced
the only pl;ace teh S4 will take it is off the line if the NSX decides to spin its tires too much...obviously it goes wihtout saying DRIVER is still most important!!
though chipped S4s are comparable in straight line speed to late model year NSXs i beleive...

Comparable
with intake, exhaust and header. The NSX will only do a high 13 or low 14 with that equipment. I raced my cousins car on multiple occasions with me in the lead and then him catching up slowly but surely. In the twisties, I'm sure he would have roasted me.

I did once...
at a stop light in the rain, we were next to each other. I floored it up to speed limit of 40 and then slowed down. He was behind me the whole time but not by far. Not sure if he was flooring it though.

Er...even worse.
So now it's not just a straight, but also turns? An NSX is definitely going to out-handle an S4, as well as pull it in the straights.
