I walked up to the car and started looking at it. There were three sales people standing there for the first 10 seconds of me looking at it. As soon as I turned around to ask some questions, it was like a ghost town. Nobody in sight. What kind of experiences have people had at University?

...very, very poor service. If you want to buy there, ask for Ivan (can't think of last name right now, sorry!). He knows his Audi's. Whatever you do though, don't ever let their service department, and especially not their body shop, touch your car! E-Mail me if you want specifics, but let's just say the last time I was there, my car came back with an empty gas tank and a crooked steering wheel. I only let Barrier Motors and an independent in Redmond (European Car Authority) do my service work now.

Bought my 98 2.8Q from Ivan and will be getting my Nogaro S4 very soon. I would recommend buying from them to anyone (and I have done so many times...) I have had very bad luck with Barrier Mercedes...never dealt with Audi.
