Scratches on shiny tiptronic console trim - what to do?
(Tried the archives but didn't find anything on this.)
I'm sure someone else out there must have scratches on the shiny silvery tiptronic shifter cover (where the PRND432 is). What did you do? It is easy to remove and replace (doesn't look it)? What could I do to make it a brushed look or repolish it? Any ideas, all welcome.
Thanks,
C.

Nothing you can do.
When my car was stolen, I got a big scratch on there and they couldn't polish it out. My shop had to order a replacement. Good thing the insurance company was paying for it!
