Should throttle valve angle and igntion timing angle be fluctuating at idle?

Default Should throttle valve angle and igntion timing angle be fluctuating at idle?

mine is bouncing all over the place

2.4% is the throttle valve angle but it keeps moving up to 3 and back down etc, and *BTDC keeps changing as well...

I don't think that's your issue. I don't have any idle logs handy with my throttle position, though.

well my idle is a rapid fluctuation of 760-800 and it causes misfiring!

Default It's not unusual for VAG to read idle fluctuating between 760 and 800 RPM. In reality, it stays ~790

according to my Zeitronix and ECUx IIRC.
