Default Sick of stock Bose speaker failures

I'm a noob when it comes to speakers. Any ideas about best replacements for front and rear door speakers if I keep the stock Symphony deck. When my speakers didn't sound like crap, they were loud enough, but they lacked enough bass. Suggestions for good set-ups would be greatly appreciated.

Default There is not much, if anything, that you can do keeping the stock deck

If you look in my picture poster you will see an Alpine IVA w200. Its a more expensive unit, but with an amp put out plenty of power for upgraded speakers. I have alpine SPX speakers, but something more standard like an MB quartz is a good upgrade from stock. Nothing is cheap though when it comes to stereos.

Infiniti makes a 2 OHM speaker that works perfectly with the Bose Amp and stock head unit

Thanks for the suggestions. In looking through other forums, I hear good things about both the MB Quart and the Infiniti speakers, but I've no idea which models. To clarify, I'm not looking to invest in a pricey upgrade, just get some quality sound that will last for a few years and be an improvement on the stock Bose which are crumbling into crackledom. I'm young and learning about all this, so any more help would be greatly appreciated.

Default Stock replacements are pretty cheap, and will last another 5-6 years

Not a big upgrade, but it'll stop the crackle and they're pretty cheap.

Default Like this? How about source for adapter brackets for S4 door panels?

I'm in the process of swapping out door cards, so I've been meaning to upgrade the crappy stock speakers while I'm at it.

Any suggestions for where I can buy speaker adapter brackets for the 3-hole door panel mounts to make the install easy?<ul><li><a href="http://www.amazon.com/Infinity-Kappa-42-7i-2-way-speakers/dp/B0009PTNQ8/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&amp;s=electronics&amp;qid=12091 21822&amp;sr=1-3">Infinity Kappa 42.7i 4" 2 ohm speakers $58</a></li></ul>
