Default Sleeve replacement on clutch install??

So I am installing an RS4 clutch at the dealer, and they told me they had to replace a sleeve. Part number was something like XA01E141181A.

I guess its a throwout bearing sleeve? Has anyone ever heard of this? It's going to cost me something like $87.00

if they're replacing the clutch, then a new TO bearing is in order

Ditto. TO is a wear item and I've had just the TO bearing go bad.

I gave them the full RS4 clutch kit w/TO bearing, but they still needed the sleeve in addition!?
