Go with Bailey's
I purchased mine from AWE-Tuning, and installed them on Saturday morning.
Since I am new a messing around with engines, it took me about 30 minutes.
The instructions sent with the Bailey valves from AWE-Tuning were great.
Since my stock Bosch valves were not an issue, I am not sure I see much of a difference. Because the Bailey's are metal, it looks better, and according to some other folks in the newsgroups, they seem to be better and last longer!
