So I'm reading conflicting posts... Are the bosch 110 and "710N" valves the same? Mike?!?!

710N = the 114 valve. The 110 is a SAAB part.
The 110 is better than the stock 710 (I think it's 108?) at holding boost - I think it's rated to 1.3bar or so? The 114 is rated to something like 1.5-1.6? I forget

Actually, the 110 is rated at greater than 20 psi. :)

If you go to thepartsbin.com and run a part's search for the Saab, it matches their
internal part number (C 3070-41431) for the 110. I cross-referenced doing a search using the Bosch part number (0 280 142 110) as a search some time ago. The Saab 2.3L T 4 cylinder turbo and the 3.0L T 6 cylinder turbo use the same valve; the 2.0L T uses a different valve (103), FWIW.
