Default So, my glimmer of a hope that dealership would cover my car is gone.

My warranty is voided completely because of the suspension, brakes, and boost gauge on my car WHICH, Mind you... I TOLD my service advisor about before the car was even brought in to the dealership and asked him if they we're going to be an issue. Apparently, according to the shop foreman, my car has been modified for "high performance." Uhhh.... ok buddy.

WELL LETS SEE, THOSE MODS HAVE BEEN ON THE CAR FOR A WHOLE 2 MILES AND WERE INSTALLED AFTER THE FACT OF ANYTHING THAT WOULD HAVE CAUSED THIS DAMAGE TO MY CAR.

I want so badly to go after someone for this, it's not fair that I'm getting screwed over like this, but it seems like anything I do will be in vain and just cause me more grief and cause my car to sit for a longer period of time.

So much for a good relationship with the dealership, so much for the loyalty between me and my service advisor of 4 years or so, so much for my S4.

The shop foreman told me that it would be in everyone's best intrest to just file an insurance claim. In otherwords he's a huge pvssy and doesn't want to have to deal with me or my lawyers or the other bodyshop. I'm about to fvcking explode.

Default It's called AOA warranty policy inconsistency.

I just had my turbos replaced and brought my car in with suspension, exhaust, brakes, and boost guage.

Sorry to hear about your problems :-/

Default Audi should have taken that "big" warranty set-aside budget, cloned 7 piggies - located them around

the country and not denied anyone warranty service. The 7 piggies could've been super-piggies needing no sleep, a little food, some beer twice a day and a piglet by their side.

All S4s would be fixed quickly, properly, without question, and Audi would've saved millions.

I'm sorry they did that to you man - what a bunch of *******s.

Default ouch. time for an m3

you're welcome on board anytime, man :-) won't have to worry about the whole high-performance modding thing because there really aren't any worthwhile high-performance mods ;-)
