Default Downpipes are in production-pics should be posted by AWE anyday now!

the AWE downpipes takes longer because there is an extra performance enhancing step in the production process!!!they will flow an incredible amount of exhaust(bigger pipes and cats-but will mate to existing exhaust systems), be modular(removable cats), can be used with base chips without throwing error codes, keep underhood heat minimized and turbo efficiency maximized!

Are they going to go for a reasonable price?

Sounds sweet. Now, if you can convince them to also match or beat APR's price!!!

Default Some details about our downpipes...

T304 stainless, ceramic coated. 2.5" diameter from turbos to high flow cat, stock diameter after cat to mate to all existing exhausts (we'll probably offer a 2.5" mating sleeve at some point for people willing to weld). Modular system, allowing removal of cat and installation of test pipes.

The jigs are being finished currently, and we have been running prototypes for a while to sort out O2 sensor placement, etc.

Pricing is not confirmed right now, but we're shooting for the $11-1200 range. Depends on quotes from ceramic coaters and flange makers.

Our initial testing has shown an ~25hp improvement. We will provide dyno sheets when completed.<p>Todd

Default Thanks for the info. I hope you will continue putting good products out as in the past!!!!!!!

It would be great if you could make the pipes work with any given chip manufacturer... If you get the unit for the price you have mentioned I am game! Keep up the good work and keep us posted
