My plan, if I sell the S4, is to get a pickup and a trailer. Then whenever a good deal on a fun, old car (E30 M3, Miata, GTI all on the list), I'd pick it up as a auto-x/daily car, and finish building my Type R into a true dedicated track car. During the winter, I'd have a beater truck.
So, anyhow, I'm asking for opinions on how much I should ask for. Lock, stock, and barrel.

2000 Imola S4
APR tuned ECU
UUC VM1
UUC Shortshifter
Vortrag big brake kit (Alcon calipers, Coleman rotors)
Vortrag coilovers (Revalved konis on Hypercoil springs)
Nice stereo (12" a/d/s/ sub, 5.25" Focals up front, Xtant 603x)
Everything is on the car, and it's well sorted out. I'm taking her in for the second warranty inspection soon. Have pictures and references =)

Well
The coilovers would require more work to undo than it's worth probably. I dunno. If I don't get any offers that I like, then I will remove the upgrades and sell them off seperately. AnotherDrew has dibs on the brakes though. He's been bugging me about them ever since I stopped tracking my S4.

IMO
A stock 2000 S4 in top condition would fetch 34-37K. Add another 2K for your mods. You'll do better to sell it privately to someone who is knowledgeable with respect to the modifications and their added value.
It's important to know how the mods affect the warranty which may, of course, affect the value to someone willing to shell out nearly 40K.
It's an awsome looking car!
Good Luck.
