So what's the word on HD tie rods from ECS...worth it or just get OEM for $60/ea from my local shop?

Yes, do it. They were cheaper than the OEM ones, at least when I purchased them. They work great.

Default The tie rod ends are MUCH larger than oem. Theoretically, larger ball size
should last longer, but who knows??? Worth a few bucks more IMO.
