I know this gets asked once a month but it would save me some time to know this? Also who has the best price.

dunno...but i'd recommend calling a few places to make sure their lenses are smooth
it seems that Valeo shipped at least one set with the wrong lenses: more info...and yes, there is a notable difference between the dimpled/ringed lenses and the smooth lenses in terms out output. I personally would not waste my money on the ones that have the dimples/rings.

rly. I'm a Lead Engineer for VisaNet, and manage the group responsible for the Visa mainframe
So, I know how the VisaNet system works inside and out. The only way that ECS can be tagged as the source of continual fraud, is if an internal employee is jotting down credit card numbers/exp dates/CVV as they take orders. Other than that, only if they are storing customer CC data in an internal database, which is a major violation of US law.
If they are found to be doing that, well, they wouldn't exist as a company for much longer.
I can see when/where/why a fraudulent transaction was approved, but obviously, people who have been affected by this are not going to give me their CC numbers for research (and neither would I, in their situation).
But, I read this continual "ECS stole my CC number", and have to think that they must have an internal person(s) who are using confidential data to do this. If it were a hacker of some form, any competent company would have figured it out by now.
If ECS could tell me who their processor is for Visa, I could look at the guts of a fraudulent transaction and tell them exactly how/who processed it.
But hey. I have my theory on how this is occurring, but it's down to ECS to fix it, not Visa.
