Some bastard broke my passenger side window......

Me? Vandalizing my silver brother?
No way! Unless it was for those groovy aluminum mirrors! I'm gonna strip every S4 I see with those, so I can be the only one with them and be the coolest! ;-)
I still stand by the fact that, I don't look too much like that picture, but you can send one of your ex cheng, and I can judge.
And from what I've heard of those G-tech's, those numbers have too great of an error margin, which would bother the statistician in me. <p><a href=http://registry.audiworld.com/audi/registry/details.asp?car=3977> click for registry</a>

I feel your pain, however.....not to sound harsh in your moment of anguish, but.............
did u leave the aforementioned items in plain sight in the vehicle? If so, it was only a matter of time b4 you were to be victimized. To all car owners do not leave ANYTHING in plain view inside the passenger compartment. I used to work for a police dept many years ago. You would be surprised what would be stolen out of cars. Right now, up here in Loudoun County, Virginia, people are leaving the following in plain sight in their cars:
purses/wallets
expensive sunglasses
cameras/video gear
cell phones/palm pilots/pagers
lap-top computers/desk-top computers
cash (a [former] Washington Redskin lived on my block, he used to leave a wad of bills [and other valubles] in plain sight on the console of his Hummer that was parked right next to me....... talk about 'disposable' income).
jewelry
this list was garnered thru two sources:
1) items listed stolen in the weekly "police blotter" in the local rag
2) casual observation
no matter what, put stuff in your trunk or take it with you. People will break into your car to steal a pillow or a beenie baby. If you lock your glove box, theives will think something valuble is in their and will commence to rip it open (ie destroy) to see what is so important that you had to lock it up. You do not have to be in a crack-infested part of town to experience this. The perps could be teenagers who are bored or need some quick cash to buy that next hit of crystal meth...........<p>"Next time your flight lands safely, thank an air traffic controller...."

Sorry to hear, my next door neighbor at home had his car window broken to nab a cell phone last week
...guess that's why I park in the garage. He always parks in the driveway. Some new neighborhoods require that all cars be parked in garages -- kind of wish ours was that way, but it must present serious problems for houses that have driving kids but not enough garage spots.
