He says that is its a turbine overspeed, cause I was running
1.6 bar stoping on 1.2 bar. But I guess that is wrong, since I have been running the turbos for almost one year, and not a problem. And if it was overspeed, Jacob would not have found this peace of metal. Right?

I was just on a weekend drive, around 3500 RPM
and all of a suden, I notice the a total loss of boost and a lot of smoke. The temps were normal. As the picture shows, it must be something from the air intake that got in there. I am guessing some KN metal part of something else.

only one turbo was damaged....
the bearings of the damaged turbo were starting to show excessive wear from the bent shaft of the damaged turbo. i'll post pics of the shaft monday.
