Southern California S4 owners, what dealership to visit...
And how much under MSRP did you get? Im looking to order a silver/silver manual with only BOSE upgrade. Im in Carlsbad (North County) and there are only two dealers in the area, and they will only order at MSRP. Any dealerships doing better?
Thanks

Actually there are three dealers in the San Diego area.
Hoehn, Miramar, and Metro.
I ordered mine through Miramar (talk to Alex Sovran. He's the only car salesman I've talked to that actually knows his product well) at MSRP. Still waiting on delivey (and a build date, for that matter).
I believe that if you buy in Los Angeles/Orange County, you'll have to pay a higher sales tax (San Diego is 7.75%), as well as "advertising fees". So I was told anyway. Never confirmed this information.

Sales tax depends on county of residence,
not on the county of purchase. If you live in San Diego County, any car dealer in the state should charge you San Diego's sales tax rate. Unpleasant but true.

miramar is bs-free... alex and gard are cool, acutally...
Miramar and Hoehn are pretty good about selling at MSRP. Hell... Hoehn just sold their first arctic silver 996 turbo for MSRP last week!!! ~$125,000 with options, nothing more, nothing less.
Avoid Metro, you'll have to really twist their arm just to get an S4 for msrp. Besides, they're service department is terrible. But then again, miramar and hoehn aren't that great either.
The main problem with the san diego dealers is their low allocation. Hoehn, considered the larger volume audi dealer in the area, doesn't even have as good an allocation as the smaller dealers in the LA area.
Personally, I had to go up north to pasadena to order. Back in May, Alex had a 5 month wait for the S4. Now, it's down to the regular 4 months. Allocation in SD sucks. There a few LA area and vicinity dealers that will sell at msrp no problem... to name a few:
rusnak in pasadena (ask for primo)
advantage in loma linda (ask for ervey)
desert european by palm springs (ask for eileen or bob)
beverly hills audi<p><a href="https://www.audiworld.com/forum/m/a4/msgs/278631.phtml">WIN A BOTTLE OF LANGKA</a>
