Spring rate comparo among varies suspension setups.
For those that are interested: Keep in mind, the valving of the shocks can be "tailor" to each spring. With the Stasis/Koni, that is their claim to fame, however, once set, I don't think most people will go back to adjust them again.
IMO, this adjustable damping can be good and bad at the same time. If set incorrectly, you will risk blowing out the shocks, so one must know what they are doing in order to take advantage of the damping adjustability. With Vogtland and Eibach, they comes "tailor" to the springs already so they are like coilovers for dummies, like me for instance.
Brand: Ride height adjustability/spring rate front/spring rate rear
Stock suspension: Fix ride height/350/290
Vogtland/Koni: Fix ride height/400/360
Stasis Street Sport: Adjustable/400/390
H&R coilover: Adjustable/450/450 sedan; 450/475 Avant.
Vogtland coilover: Adjustable/550/490* 670/630**
Eibach Pro-Street S: Adjustable/Waiting for call from Eibach about spring rates, should be close to Vogtlands.
Please note the following coilovers has a higher rear spring rate than the front. This is suppose to counter the understeer tencency of the B5 S4s, I think.
Vogtland GT: Adjustable/575/650
Stasis Track Sport: Adjustable/500/600 or 600/700 or 700/800
Comments and insights are welcome. Thank you.

I came across that during my search as well. Those spring rates just looks awefully high to me.
PureMS said 670/630 but StartUp's regular Vogtland is at 550/490 from the archives. I wonder if there are two different setups out there. Now if you add that to the GT that StartUp carrys, then there is actually three sets out there. I will be sure to make a note of this in my original post. Thank you.
