Default Steering Issue...Alignment has been done as well as both driver...

and passenger side tie rod ends have been replaced. Tires are in good condition, 80% tread left. Issue is that my car will pull both left or right quite dramatically when on uneven pavement. If i drive over an imperfection it tends to pull in that direction. I have slight play in my steering wheel while driving around. TIA.

Might be the kind of tires. A lot of them will tram line over uneven pavement.

I bet you have wide tires and toe-out. Go to zero toe and it will go away some.
