Default Yes and no; it requires a custom harness, but it may not fit right....

The new unit does more magic via the CAN bus and not via traditional lines; things like system display dimming is done via CAN.

Default No it won't at this time (more)

This unit requires CANbus based signals for most everything that our B5's do with individual wires. Such as power-on, illumination, and most importantly vehicle speed (GALA). Someone will have to develop a smart CAN interface box.

Oh, and did I mention there are no US maps that will work with it? And the going price on the street (just the headunit) is almost twice what a complete CD Nav+ system will run you.

Your STFA skills suck then. Someone just asked this same question within the last week.

Default dont forget that even if it worked there would be no dash trim to fit it clean?

Wouldnt someone have to custom make a face for it to fit in our dash openings?
