STUPID OLD BAG shattered my side mirror and housing, and scraped the side panels!
Luckily there was a witness. The fvcked up part is she hit another car first before hitting mine, and kept on driving. I swear, we need to give drivers tests every year after 60!

We need to give a driver's test every year to every person
should be no minimum age for a license
Once you can reach the pedals you should be allowed to take a test
but the test should be MUCH more comprehensive then it is now
And the test should be administered once every 6 months for people under 16 and over 60
every year for people under 25 and every two years for people ages 26 to 59
