Default stupid question of the day, ok to keep one whole side of the car

jacked up on two normal jacks for 3 hrs for caliper painting? Thanks.

Default sure. Your not going to go any higher than you need to, so it would be the same loading as parking

on an embankment, provided you place the jacks under each subframe; and the jacks are close to parallel.

Default not really, because there are'nt any good/solid places to put the eliptical tops of the stands.

as cheesy as it sounds, I like to use a solid peice of wood under the rear'r lower A-arm, and under the front's subrame pickup. The weight of the vehicle is then supported in an area that wont create damage, AND its safe and solid.
