MTM/Eibach springs + Koni adj. shocks + 19mm swaybar
MTM/Eibach springs + bilstein + 19mm swaybar
H&R ultra coilovers only
or
H&R ultra coilovers + 19mm swaybar
Notice that, Ultras don't like bumps in a straightline already, less during cornering.
Maybe people with extensive testing of different susp. combos can share some info here?
Zev? Madman?..etc.

I would try the Koni's, if you're interested in better ride quality.
Dump the swaybar if you're having issues with the rear wheels skittering across bumps. Finally, get a proper alignment.

my thoughts...
For street only or little track: MTM/Eibach + KONI (updated S4) + 19mm rear bar soft
For track: H&R Ultra + 19mm bar firm, and set ride height at around 25.5" (no lower than 25.25"), 1/8" higher in the rear.
For mixed with track/aggressive emphasis: H&R Ultra + 19mm bar on soft, ride height at 25.5" or higher.
For mixed with street/comfort emphasis: MTM/Eibach with Bilstein's and 19mm bar on soft.
Given those limitations...
