Suspension Upgrade Options...
Hey everyone...
What the heck am I to do?
I'm looking at a few different options. I'd like to tighten up the feel, reduce roll, increase dampening (with dampening adjustability for when I don't plan on driving aggressively) and lower the car slightly.
I know that everyone on this board seems to be pretty dedicated to coilovers, but I'm just not convinced. They're just too expensive, and I get the feeling that I'll never be done tinkering with the ride height and settings.
I've looked at the Eibach Pro System Plus, which at about a grand, including springs, shocks, and a front roll bar seems like a great deal. The only thing that concerns me is the lack of an upgraded rear roll bar... strange on a car that pushes so easily.
Does anyone have any experience wit the Eibach Pro System Plus? How about some suggestions for a quality (just `cause I don't want to spend a lot doesn't mean I'm not interested in quality) coilover system for under 2 grand?
Thanks for your suggestions.

I'm running this setup... car rides great, height isn't too low... (edit)
<Just reread your post-- no adjustability w/ this setup...>
Night and day over stock, and a LOT cheaper than the coilover options...

HUGE difference in handling-- car much more neutral in the twisties...

Stasis Street Sport Coilovers..........

Under $1000, height adjustable. I had this suspension for a couple of months and it was awesome. It was comfortable on the street, but still held it's own when pushed, greatly reducing body roll & dive. Even did well at the track. I upgraded to the Stasis Track Sports because I wanted something a little stiffer for the track, plus I added a Neuspeed rear sway bar (19mm). Other CO options include H&R street (~$1200). ECS also offers a CO system for well under $1000. I'm not sure if the pic above is Street or Track Sports, but I believe the height is around 25.5" all around. Pic in my sig is the street sports under hard braking form 100 mph to 40 mph.

Two great options..
Koni Adjustable Coilovers. Under $950. Height and damping adjustable. It's a great comfortable street setups.
Vogtland Club Spec springs / Koni shocks. Under $900 setup, fixed height, adustable damping. Smoother comfortable, and still sporty enough for the aggressive street driver. Couple pics in my pic poster (black S4 parked on the street).
