Default Stock plastic end-link? Are you running an aftermarket bar? Get steel end links.

Plastic end links are known to fail. Audi made steel end links that fit. you can get em at ECS tuning.

Default Where did it fail?

Did it fail at the joint or elsewhere?

Plastic or metal?

Stock anti-roll bar or aftermarket?

I haven't heard of many of these failing. I'd bet the failure was at the joint and that it had probably leaked or failed for some other reason.

As Mike said, the solution is to replace them. You can only buy the metal ones now. If you are using a larger anti-roll bar then they are probably wise anyway.

Oh, if the other link is still in good shape when you take it off then send it to me. I use them on my winter set-up because they're lighter but can't get them anymore. :-)

Default That's a bad sign.

Seems like the pastic ones are not strong enough for the larger anti-roll bars. :-/

Yes, that is why we upgrade to the metal ones from PureMS when upgrading the rear sway.
