taking the radio out how do i get the keys needed?

Default taking the radio out how do i get the keys needed?
Does any one know where i can get the metal pieces to take the head-unit out from. already called an audi dealership and they dont sell them. i am going to be putting in the DICE ipod adapter this week.

Default go to best buy or circuit city and ask the install guys to take it out for you
they will probly just charge you $10 for doing it.

NOT HORIZONTAL key slots.
