I took the wheel I suspected as the offender off and found Discount Tire had put the hubring in sideways... Well, not really sideways, but it was most likely preventing a good contact between the wheel and the hub. I pried it out, and put it back in with a bit of 2x4 and a hammer, to make sure it fit flush.... and now the car dosen't clunk. Well... It clunked a couple times, but I suspect I may have other wheels with the same problem, but it's WAY better now.
