Thanks to Jack H (the ultimate gift to the fellow A4.org buddy)
Jack was kind enough to let me DRIVE his S4 just now at lunch. I just wanted to let him know that it was really appreciated. BOY, is that low end torque nice...this car was "brand new" so we just went around pretty gingerly...but you could still feel alot of power....now, wait until it gets properly broken in....then get a nice chip...and BANG...you got yourself something really special. Saw the alcantara in blue...its ok...but not for me...I'm too old. I am glad I ordered the onyx leather instead.
How long do I have to wait again?

P.S. Boy, when I got back in my old 12V...it was really different (hey, is the emergency
brake on or somethin.... :-).....)

Same experience here Steve. S4 -> 12V...
took me till the next day to get used to the 12V'er again. Just wondering, how are you gonna cope with S4 withdrawal now that you've tasted the poison? I keep wanting to go back to the dealer to drool over it. :-0...
