Default If you get the correct spring rate for your application, I think they're fine.

I was just reminded at the track this weekend why I have a set.

Default What spring rates are you running?

I de-tuned my Koni Motorsport suspension last summer from 800/1000 down to 600/700 because I moved to snow country. I definitely noticed it last weekend on the track, but this is much better for street driving.

Default I'm at 700f/800r. It's great on the track...

on the street, it's questionable. I sometimes think I should have gone with 600f/700r, because if I hit an undulating concrete highway, I'm all over the place. However, if the road is flat, it sucks up potholes and bumps just fine when set to full soft.

Like everything, it's a compromise.
