Is there any way to direct more air onto IC's efficently?

Is there any way to direct more air onto IC's efficently?
I was thinking of tapping airflow from middle of bumper onto my RS4 I'Cs, or would this dissrupt airflow?

yeah, the stock shrouds on RS4 ICs dont cover the entire surface area of the core..
also, the shroud is cut, so the air can go around the core, rather than being forced through it. RS4 shrouds are the way to go.. dont waste your time trying to make a duct
