Is there a formula for how much psi you should run in your tires according to the temp, tire size
#2
coeff of friction goes up with tire pressure.
but, then theres things like contact patch area x the coeff of friction.
in reality you want to run a high enough pressure to ensure your tires dont heat up too fast ( from sidewall deflection ).
high pressures reduce rolling resistance and increase fuel economy.
try the max pressure recomended first ( on the sidewall )
it will ride harsher, but adjust to suit your needs, see how it handels .
too much pressure you will loose contact patch, deform ( ballon ) the tire tread and wear the center of the tire faster than the sides.
too little you end up riding the sidwalls and the sides will wear.
Modern tires are pretty immune to these effects at all but the extreems of air pressure variance
